If you are storing your battery for a long period of time it is recommended to store it above 50% charge.

Be sure to check the battery every couple of months and recharge it to ensure the battery doesn’t completely discharge. Batteries are best kept stored indoors at room temperature.

We suggest that you recharge the battery after each usage. It is recommended that you don't run the battery to empty.

If the battery goes flat, you can ride an electric bike like any other normal bike.

An electric bike can travel at roughly 25km/h with pedal assistance mode. This speed can vary depending on the level of pedal assistance given and how fast you pedal.
